If you would like to buy one of Madeleine’s Original Artworks, please get in touch with us. We will use either a Courier Service or The Royal Mail, depending on the size of the art piece. The delivery costs will vary according to your location and the carrier. Due to the Covid situation, we are only offering delivery within the UK at the moment. Worldwide shipping will return when we can guarantee the service. When Covid restrictions are lifted, items can also be collected from Madeleine's Studio in Perthshire.
We will endeavour to send out orders within 5 days of a payment receipt. Prints are sent out in a suitable postal tube and where possible, we will combine a small quantity of prints in one tube to save on delivery costs. Card Packs are sent out by 2nd class post.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us. Any items will need to be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and within 14 days for a full refund. Please keep your proof of posting, otherwise we will be unable to refund you should the items not reach us.
